Sterrett’s Caravan Park has been carefully developed over many years and is set in the beautiful Wye Valley at Symonds Yat West, Herefordshire, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The Park is just one hour’s drive from Birmingham, Bristol and Cardiff. The Park is ideally situated for touring the many places of interest nearby or walking the country lanes to enjoy the panoramic views that surround the park. The River Wye is within 200 metres proximity to the Park.

The resoundingly beautiful Forest of Dean is within fifteen minutes easy drive of the Park and many happy hours can be spent trailing along the forest paths and cycle routes or picnicking at the specially prepared areas. Also within easy reach are Goodrich and Chepstow Castles, Tintern Abbey and the world famous Symonds Yat Rock with its seven counties view and the RSPB supervised viewpoint of the Peregrine Falcons (click here to read about Things To Do in Symonds Yat).

The historic town of Monmouth, with its renowned Nelson Museum, is five miles away, as is the market town of Ross-on-Wye.

Our Static Caravan Park started in 1945, and since then generations of families have enjoyed their own caravans here, forming happy memories that last a lifetime.

We have eighty pitches for privately owned static caravans, in a well kept grassed area, separate from the camping, touring and rental areas.
We can supply all makes of new and pre-owned static caravans and our annual rates are extremely competitive, especially considering the long season we enjoy.

The static caravan season is from 1st February until 30th November, so the Wye Valley and it’s surrounding areas can be experienced in all four strikingly beautiful seasons. Many modern caravans are equipped with double glazing and are centrally heated giving their owners maximum usage potential.
Because of our location and ease of accessibility static caravans on our site represent great value, we can be reached easily and hassle free from most major conurbations in the South of the UK, making even a one night stay over a very feasible option.
